Industrial and Urban Life

I have always been drawn to scenes that depict the passage and ravages of time - from the derelict and empty shuttered industrial sites awaiting redevelopment, to the demolition activity itself, the broken down shells of buildings that had once seen vibrant life, to the graffiti and street art of urban expression.

Our city centres are changing drastically as our economy shifts from its industrial past to new models that include more inner city dwellings, service industries, and high tech facilities.
